Graduation

I was so excited to be on stage to receive my diploma that day:)

Its been 4months since my graduation and I just got hired last week in a Japanese company. I'm very thankful for all these blessings bestowed upon me. So what happened to my graduation day? March 25, 2011. I've worked so hard for so many years for this day to come.

We are the happiest! This is for you Mama:)

My companion and bestfriend, Iane. We made it!

I'm gonna miss you guys! Godbless us all:)

Mom cooked my favorite dishes for dinner. We celebrated that day long. We even have a photoshoot later that evening. I just don't have the copies here. Thank you Lord for guiding me throughout the way. I could have never reached this far without you. To the unending support of my Mom and family, i'll forever thank you. To my photographer and boyfriend Jan, thank you for capturing moments I'll forever cherish of that day:)

i miss my bestfriend

I can still remember the first day of college life, anxious as I was, I stayed outside the room before my first class. Then a familiar face approached me,none other none Mariane Alicaya Bajenting - my highschool classmate/schoolmate. We were only classmates during our first year in highschool. I was so happy knowing we took the same course and had the same class schedule. Meant to be huh? :)) It was then the beginning of a friendship I'll treasure for a lifetime. Honestly we have some indifference but I'm glad to say we were able to work it out. Throughout college, she was my everyday companion. It was only on Sundays we don't see each other. At school, aside from Andrea and Angeli, we don't mingle with other classmates that much. We have our own bubble space that we keep only to ourselves. Even the people around won't even try entering it, its like there's a caution that stops them from trying. I'm not saying we were like mean girls, we just want to keep it that way. I'm not also saying that we don't talk to them,we do and we did, but after that we're on our own again. If you think it was boring because there are only the two of us, you're wrong. We shared the craziest jokes and the biggest laughs. There was never a dull moment with my bestfriend.

After college, here we are, trying to find and establish our own careers. Speaking of careers we had a plan of working in Singapore and now she's making it a reality. I know she will. As for me,I know I'm going to make it real too. I don't know exactly when yet but I'm getting there. I guess I need to be a little patient at this point.

I miss my bestfriend. Summer has taken us a little farther from each other. I miss being with her everyday and the non-stop laugh from Talamban to Colon after school. My college would never be the same without you Mariane! I'm so grateful I have you in this lifetime:)

I pray our friendship will not end as school ends. I'm wishing it'll be more like our laughs, continuous and never ending:)

what do you want to be when you grow up?

when i was younger, people would asked what I wanted to be when I grow up. I would gladly answer them I wanted to be a teacher. But people change and our perspectives in lives do too as well as our wants and our dreams. When my family moved here in the city and I have my aunt who's working in a bank, I said to myself someday I'll wear that uniform too and work in an office. Then the clock continued clicking until I graduated from college last month April 25, 2011 and here I am, asking the same question. What do I want to be? this got me thinking. I'm an IT so I should be working in an IT company where I can use and practice my skills. But is this really the thing that I wanted? I was surprised to know that I am not sure to what I really wanted to do.This is what I wanna find out, what I wanted to be now that I'm a grown up facing reality.

Valentines Day

Since it's V-day I had my font color red.nyahaha Anyway, to tell you frankly, this is my first, my veryfirsttttttt, as in firsssssst valentines day celebrating with a boyfriend.hihi :)) I don't know what to expect. Flowers?Chocolates?Dinner for two?I don't wanna expect either since its from expectations where disappointments emerge. So I decided to clear my mind and stop thinking what might come for this day. So that morning I went to work and when I saw my chair, I smiled:) I saw something red and flowery.hahaha Sorry I can't help it! My smile reached my ears when I saw how lovely the chocolate-paper roses made by my boyfriend

I'm not yet done, the vday that was supposed to be a stress-free day became a stressFULL day because of work. Jan cheered me up by treating me to lunch @Canvas in Ayala Terraces. Then we met after school and end the day with a movie marathon @my place with my brother and cousin Lot.

Thank you for a memorable valentines day Jan!
Iloveyou:)

P.S. Made the blog a month late because of school work and busy schedule:)
